• Measure the circumference of your waist at the point where you wear your pants.

• You can use a pair of pants you already have and measure the inside of the leg from the inseam to the hem.

• Measure a shirt collar that you like to wear

• Measure the distance from the neckline to the shoulder to the wrist

• Measure the waistline at the navel

• Measure the hip circumference at the strongest part
