CHANGE TO DELIVERIES DURING THE CANADA POST STRIKE/LOCKOUT

Due to the strike/lockout at Canada Post, we would like to inform you that all of our web shipments will be temporarily carried out by Purolator. This measure will remain in effect until the resolution of the labor dispute.

Please note that during this time we will not be able to ship packages to some remote areas. If this is the case, you will receive a notification when finalizing your order informing you of the impossibility of delivery. For customers residing in these regions and still wishing to place an order, we invite you to contact our customer service at support.web@belmont-inc.com. Our team can then process your order manually. However, please note that these orders will be shipped by Canada Post and will experience significant delivery delays.

Free Shipping Policy


Belmont Security currently offers expedited shipping at a flat rate of 9.99$ for orders under 74$ before taxes. Orders over 74$ before taxes have free shipping * Despite the display and current promotions, it is possible that fees may be charged for remote destinations.

Please note that for the purchase of several items, there is a possibility that the delivery is done in several packages.

Delivery time

Expedited delivery (3-7 business days following the billing date):

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday with Canada Post, excluding holidays. Shipping time is calculated from the moment the package leaves our shipping points. Delivery times are approximate and may be delayed due to factors beyond our control.

Shipping charges will be automatically calculated at checkout, before your order is finalized.

The carrier will leave a note at your door in case you are absent. You will be able to pick up your package at the nearest post office according to the instructions. Unclaimed or refused packages will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Delivery

Each order is delivered according to the option chosen and to the address indicated. Following your purchase, an email will be sent to you to confirm your order and address.

If you see an error or wish to make a change, please contact our online sales department as soon as possible at soutien.web@belmont-inc.com mentioning your order number and we will gladly make the desired corrections.

Returns and exchanges

  1. The return period for a regular priced item is 30 days following the purchase or the reception of the merchandise for a WEB purchase. Items at 50% off or more are a final sale and no exchange or refund is possible. A penalty may be applied for returns that do not comply with our policies.
  2. All items must be original, unworn, with original receipt and original box.
  3. Cleaning products are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

*Please note that due to customs and transportation fees, the return policy does not apply to customers outside of Canada.

Free in-store returns or exchanges

Within 30 days of purchase (with the exception of final sale items with a 50% discount or more), there is no charge when the return is made in store with the original invoice. Damaged or worn items will not be refunded. Orders paid via SEZZLE cannot be accepted for in-store return and must be returned by mail.

When exchanging a size or color, in order to avoid unnecessary travel, we recommend that you call a customer service representative or the nearest store to verify the availability and location of the product.

Returns or exchanges by mail

To return an item by mail (within 30 days of purchase date), you must follow these steps:

1- Click on this link to access your orders.

2- Enter your email and the confirmation number that will be sent to it.
3- Click on the "Request a return" button of the order with the item you want to return.
4- Select the products to return and enter the reason for the return.
5- Click on “Request a return”
6- Our customer service has received your request. Wait for it to be accepted.
7- When you have received our response, take the box and make sure that the product is inside in the original state.
8- Put the label to the Canada Post return envelope or box. The label is included with your order.
9- Drop off your package at a Canada Post office.
10- Once the package is received, please allow approximately 14 business days for your refund to be processed.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original purchase for a web purchase.

Canada Post:

Allow 5-14 business days from receipt of product at our warehouse.

In store:

Refund without delay.

Shipping fees and taxes are not refundable.
