Termination

Upon termination of this Agreement by either you or Régence, you must promptly destroy any materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from its Site, as well as copies of such materials, whether or not made under the terms of this Agreement.

This Agreement is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by both parties.
