Delivery and return


Belmont Security currently offers expedited shipping at a flat rate of 9.99$ for orders under 50$ before taxes. Orders over 50$ before taxes have free shipping. Despite the current posting and promotions, it is possible that fees may be charged for remote destinations.

Please note that for the purchase of several items, there is a possibility that the delivery is done in several packages.


  • Expedited delivery (3-7 business days following the invoice date):

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday with Canada Post, excluding holidays. Shipping time is calculated from the moment the package leaves our shipping points. Delivery times are approximate and may be delayed due to factors beyond our control.

Shipping charges will be automatically calculated at checkout, before your order is finalized.

The carrier will leave a note at your door in case you are absent. You will be able to pick up your package at the nearest post office according to the instructions. Unclaimed or refused packages will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.


Each order is delivered according to the option chosen and to the address indicated. Following your purchase, an email will be sent to you to confirm your order and address.

If you see an error or wish to make a change, please contact our online sales department as soon as possible at mentioning your order number and we will gladly make the desired corrections.


  1. The return period for a regular priced item is 60 days following the purchase or the reception of the merchandise for a WEB purchase. Items at 50% off or more are a final sale and no exchange or refund is possible. A penalty may be applied for returns that do not comply with our policies.
  2. All items must be original, unworn, with original receipt and original box.
  3. Cleaning products are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

*Please note that due to customs and transportation fees, the return policy does not apply to customers outside of Canada.


Within 60 days of purchase (with the exception of final sale items with a 50% discount or more), there is no charge when the return is made in store with the original invoice. Damaged or worn items will not be refunded.

When exchanging a size or color, in order to avoid unnecessary travel, we recommend that you call a customer service representative or the nearest store to verify the availability and location of the product.


To return an item by mail, simply contact a customer service representative within 60 days of the purchase date at to obtain a return number.

This return number is mandatory, otherwise your merchandise may be returned to you and the refund or exchange will be refused.

Then, you only have to follow the steps below:

  1. On your invoice, please write the reason and your return number. Include the original invoice or receipt in your package. Products must be returned in their original box.
  2. Please package the original box properly with a plastic bag or cardboard box.
  3. Affix the return label to your package.
  4. Drop off your package at a Canada Post office.
  5. Once the package is received, please allow approximately 7 business days for your refund to be processed.

* For all returns, shipping costs are not refunded.


Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original purchase for a web purchase.

Canada Post:

Allow 5-7 business days from receipt of product at our warehouse.

In store:

Refund without delay.

Shipping fees and taxes are not refundable.
