Follow these instructions to choose your size.
1) FOR MEN
A - Chest
- Measure the full circumference of your chest in the widest part under your arms.
B - Waist
- Measure the circumference of your waist at the point where you wear your pants.
C - Inseam
- You can use a pair of pants you already have and measure the inside of the leg from the inseam to the hem.
D - Neck
- Measure a shirt collar that you like to wear
E - Sleeve
- Measure the distance from the neckline to the shoulder to the wrist
1) FOR WOMEN
A - Waist
- Measure the waistline at the navel
B - HIP
- Measure the hip circumference at the strongest part
